in 4 core areas - All pupils have instructional materials by 8th
week of school - Includes health, foreign language materials and
science lab equipment - Provides funding, action, timelines
32Sufficiency Defined
- Each pupil, including English learners, has a
textbook or instructional materials, or both, to
use in class and to take home to complete
required homework assignments. - This does not require two sets of textbooks
or instructional materials for each pupil.
