We have a couple of questions we want to answer
this week in the Q A segment
  • Concerning Executive Lunches who are they for?
    They are for anyone in the vicinity of a lunch
    who can attend with a guest. Or you can send
    your guests to one without you. Someone will do
    his or her best to put them in the business for
    you. These are for YOUR prospects. You want to
    dress professionally because many people will be
    dressed that way, and you also want to put your
    best foot forward for you and your prospect.
    Encourage them to dress that way so that they
    wont feel underdressed.

Do you rememberwhen you signed up?
  • Just a little over a year ago, we were introduced
    to Cyberwize and what we came away with--from
    that first presentation--was the concept that if
    we just got two people who were willing to do
    what we were willing to do, we could have an
    income that was filthy, stinkin hog-nasty
    richthen
  • We started buying into the more is better and
    the many tools we have to build this businessand
    somewhere along the line we became inundated with
    responsibility and chaos. After what Tania has
    sharedI think you know where we are headed
    tonight. Back to the basics.

  • There are very few people on this call tonight
    who have not sponsored at least one person and
    more than likely, most have sponsored more than
    those two. Here is where we want to share with
    you how the foundation of our team came about and
    why there is still a foundation even though we
    have seen people come in for a while and then
    leave.
  • Its about that commitment. Its about how we
    told our personally sponsored people and their
    personally sponsored people that we are their new
    best friendsand then we act like it. Im not
    tooting our horns because we also fell into that
    slap them in trap. Im just being honest.
    Last year we slapped in 20 people in two weeks in
    one of those big recruiter contests. But heres
    the rub with that. Can you be 20 peoples best
    friend? We couldnt and we didnt and we werent.
    Those people were not followed up with within 24
    hours.
  • Our philosophy based on what has happened in the
    last year is that this is what worksand we are
    going to share even more of that with you. We
    encourage you to follow this sytemits truly the
    Hager system. What about building it solid,
    building a lasting team.

So what do we have to be willing to do and what
do our personally sponsored people have to be
willing to do?
  • Its called 2 by 4. Nothing more nothing less.
    So if you have sponsored 2, shouldnt you be on
    your way? We have been talking about this for
    several weeks now and at the Success SeminarBut
    lets elaborateheres how.
  • You get your two personally sponsored IBOs, one
    on the left and one on the right, and you get
    your four customers a month and you teach that
    down.
  • It has little to do with anything else except
    that concept.
  • Its the penny duplication prototype, which by
    the way we now have for you on the Team 100 site.

What about the Tools?
  • We all show the presentation we all teach the
    tools. Its the Hager Marketing system. We
    cannot prejudge or know what tools, will work the
    best, for what people, anymore than we can
    prejudge who will do this business. Some of them
    work for us, some of them dont. Its called
    INDIVIDUALITY. Its called PERSONALITY.
  • Does the ad program work for some? And the ad
    book?
  • Do the conference calls work for some?
  • Are the events where its at for you?
  • Do you love to retail?
  • Is the Backoffice your thing?
  • Maybe you think Televox is the greatest thing
    since sliced bread.
  • Do Show specials trip your trigger?
  • How about Business Briefings, Sat morning
    trainings, PBRs?
  • What about one on ones?
  • We have virtual leads programs.
  • The Zones
  • What about story tapes, Millionaire Magazine?
  • Are you a warm market person?
  • Do you want to be mentored by a millionaire on
    the Monday night call?
  • How about this conference call?
  • We have our favorites and tools that work best
    for us.
  • Your personality and individuality will pick the
    tools that are right for you.

  • BUT HOLD ON!!!! Can you do it all? Are you good
    at all of them? WE are going to confess to you
    that WE ARE NOT GOOD WITH ALL THESE TOOLS. And
    we think it is a burden to have to think that you
    have to be good at all of them.
  • Lets wipe the slate clean except for your
    experience knowledge. Most of us on this call
    already have the experience to know our strengths
    and weaknesses in this industry we call NETWORK
    MARKETING. So does it make sense to make
    yourself crazy trying to fit your square peg into
    a round hole?
  • Choose your tools and work them to the best of
    your ability.
  • Dont allow yourself to be squeezed into the
    round hole if you are a square peg.
  • And, Remember the I in IBO. It stands for
    Independent.
  • We encourage you to be Independent Business
    Owners.
  • The best advice we ever got was Stop looking
    for a leader and become a leader. We have SO
    many leaders on this phone.
  • You have survived where others havent. We look
    around and see our sponsors and others who came
    into the business who are already gone. But the
    people who we have all poured into are still
    standing. The people YOU have poured into are
    still standing.
  • Isnt that interesting? Whether toe dippers,
    associates, directors, senior directors, bronzes,
    or silvers we are still standing. We have never,
    never, never quit.
  • Im just going to confess another thing to you.
    I never entertain the idea of quitting. I just
    dont. Because I know what I know.
  • Does that mean I agree with everything that comes
    down the pike? Or does that mean that we dont
    get aggravated or put out? Of course, not. Tania
    and I are mother daughter and best friends. We
    nyah nyah about everything. That is human. But
    commitment IS a choice. You make a commitment
    just like you do with anything else you are
    committed to. And you endure and last. And you
    stay in the game.

Dont over analyze it. Heres why
  • When you personally sponsor someone,--within 24
    hours,
  • Be on the phone with them asking them if you can
    come over and help them call a couple of people
    to show the plan.
  • While you are there, show them their backoffice,
    navigate around it to help them get started.
  • Show them Televox
  • Be available for and to them for questions.
  • And get them able to do the presentation ASAP.
  • AND most of all have fun and laugh. If they want
    to be around you, they will stick around.
  • We arent trying to make anyone dependent, but
    think about why you are still in this business.
    Does it have something to do with your contact
    with another person in this business?
  • What if your first month you devoted it to
    helping those two people get THEIR two people?
    Would that be too much of an investment for that
    filthy, stinkin, hog-nasty rich income for you
    and for them?

We are implementing project Freedom tonight.
  • And during that first month, how about teaching
    them how to market to four customersjust four
    customers on Stress X with 35BV per customer?
    That would be your minimum auto ship of 50-100 BV
    and the 4 customers having Stress X 35 BV140 BV.
    Just think about that throughout the
    organization. But we arent going to make you
    picture it in your mind for long. And we arent
    limiting this to 2. Its just all it takes to
    make it get huge. E-plans are ALWAYS WELCOME!!!!
  • We will have two spreadsheet charts uploaded
    tonight, you can take your pick. One is called
    Possibility Thinking and the other one is called
    Duplication Potential.
  • With a one on one prospect, we suggest this
    Youve been listening to them rather than
    attacking them with a sales pitch. And after
    they mention something about income, travel,
    taxes, or health and wellness, you say
  • I hear what you are saying. Take a look at this
    chart (and then point to the 12th month totals).
    And say If I could show you how to replace your
    current income in less than a year with incomes
    like this, would you want to hear about it?
  • We suggest you have one of the spreadsheets and
    in hand, of course.
  • If they are truly interested, proceed.
  • If they arent, then close your book and move on.
  • Save your breath
  • Save your time
  • And continue listening and sharing until the next
    opportunity to share

Analogy When the student is ready, the teacher
will appear.
  • The Bible has some of the greatest analogies. New
    Christians are not fed meat. They drink milk.
    They are nurtured and fed.
  • Dont throw your new IBOs so much meat that they
    throw their hands up in disgust.
  • Give them milk. Help them. Nurture and teach
    them. Show them you have a vested interest in
    how they succeed.
  • Then ease them into more mature areas of the
    business.
  • An IBO who comes in at the 99 level might not be
    ready to go to a major event. On the other hand,
    a 99 IBO might be financially able and look at
    it as exciting. Learn to read your prospects and
    new IBOs and never force issues with them.

Take Ownership, tomorrow. Lets begin to
implement Project Freedom. Give those IBOs one
more opportunity to get it done the right way.
They will thank you for it.
  • Leaders take ownership of your organizations and
    work through your downline, find the orphans, and
    the committed. Help them get their two and their
    four.
  • New IBOs call upline. Call your sponsor and
    say Lets get this going. If you get a sponsor
    who doesnt take action in 24 hours, call us. We
    will either help you directly or find your direct
    plugged in upline who will help you.
  • There should be NO ONE LEFT BEHIND who is serious
    about building this business.
  • This organization is already huge. We can make
    it happen for a lot of people if we work as a
    team by working smarter not harder.
  • But we cant know what you need if you dont tell
    us

  • Let's all be working our way to adjusting the
    sails. There will be lots of things that you and
    I don't like about particular aspects of this or
    any company.  Attitude and perspective will
    determine how and if you decide to take ownership
    and will determine where you wind up with this
    company or any others.  I was a Network Marketing
    Junkie, Hopping from one to the other. That's why
    I was in 13 other network marketing companies.  I
    was that optimist expecting the wind to change. 
    With this one, I am adjusting the sails.
  • Commit to 2X4. And well see YOU at the top.
