Title: FRISBEE
1FRISBEE GOLF
2How to Play Frisbee Golf
Step 1
you will need at least one Frisbee
and one player
3Step 2
find a place to set up your course-you can even
use your backyard
4Step 3
Target 1
Tape a sign on the object that the player will
throw the Frisbee through (the target) number
signs 1-5. This will help the players know
where to go next.
Target 3
You can use almost anything to be a target-just
make sure you have adult approval first!
Target 4
Target 2
Target 5
Targets can range in difficulty depending on the
ability of the players.
5Step 4
Have each player stand at least 10 feet from the
target, can place something, like a ball, to mark
the throwing spot. If the player does not hit
the target on the first throw, they must stand
where the Frisbee lands keep throwing the
Frisbee until it hits or goes through the target.
Then it is the next players turn.
Little ones can try too, but may be more
interested in playing their own way.
6Object Of Game
Game Variations
The object of the game is to have fun and to
develop hand-eye coordination. Unlike computer
games, Frisbee golf will give families a chance
to get physical activity. We encourage you not to
keep score. This way everyone in the family can
play without feeling pressured to win.
If you dont have a Frisbee, use a ball or a
paper plate. Make the game more challenging as
the childs skill develops by standing further
away from the target. You can increase the number
of targets, we just randomly chose 5. If you have
a large number of people playing, break into
groups of three and have one group get through
the first target and then, start the next group
(just like playing golf).
Players with Disabilities or Injuries
This game allows players that may not be able to
walk due to disability or injury to participate.
Set up the course on flat ground or black top
that allows the player to use a wheel chair
safely or crutches safely. If needed, use larger
targets and/or have the player start closer to
the target.
