EnvisionFX - What Does it Do?

• Graphical interface allows easy transfers of data
  to and from the PC and the removable media in an
  OCS using CsCAN protocol.
• Advanced features allow creating sophisticated
  scripts for scheduled or repeated operations

EnvisionFX - Advantages?

• Uses CsCAN protocol to transfer files, giving
  flexibility to support various physical media
  including Ethernet, serial, wireless, modem and
  CAN.
• Works with CsCAN pass-through. Connect to a
  single unit on your CsCAN CAN network and
  transfer files to any device on the network
  seamlessly.

Operation

• Connect to one of the devices on the networking
  using one of the many methods CsCAN supports.
• Files can be transferred to and from the
  removable memory on any device on the network.

Getting Started

• Start by connecting to a controller with
  selecting File Connect Connection Wizard.
• Select a name for the controller (optional) and
  configure the connection method.

Copying Files

• After selecting the files to move either press
  the copy button on the toolbar or drag the files
  from one device to another.

Project Manager

• The project manager allows defining a set of
  sites and controllers for easy access.

• The project manager list is stored in a human
  readable format for easy modifications or
  integration into existing software.

Scripting

• For advanced user there is a scripting interface
  to allow complex operations to be sequenced.
• Text script files can be passed to the program
  for execution manually, using the Windows
  scheduler or through integration into another
  software package.

Scheduling

• Scripting also supports scheduling capabilities
  to allow unattended data transfers.
• Time of day, day of the week or day of the month
  are supported.

Using the Windows Scheduler

• For more advanced scheduling, the scheduler built
  into Windows can automatically execute scripts to
  copy files as needed.

• EnvisionFX includes 1 year of free support.
• The software includes a support button that
  launches the web based support center.
• The support center include FAQs, a dedicated
  support Email address and a link to a live chat
  with an Envision Application Engineer.
