- To view a list of all Instructor Led
- Courses
- Select a Learning Area (for example Service
NAI)
All Service Training Instructor Led courses are
listed.

- To search for a specific course
- Click Search Courses.
- Enter Search criteria.(the default option is
searchby keyword) - The search result will be displayed.

- You can also search by
- Category
- Select a category from the drop-down menu.
- Job Role
- Select a Job Role from the drop-down menu.
- Language
- Select a language from the drop-down menu.
- Advanced Search
- In the Advanced Search you may input as much
search criteria as you desire. You may select a
keyword, category, job role, and/or language. - Calendar/Learning Area
- You can view all courses scheduled for a specific
date. You may also specify a particular Learning
Area to search under (for example you can
choose to search for Service Training courses
only).

- When you search for an Instructor Led course
there is an option to register. Using this
method, you can only register YOURSELF to a
course. To limit confusion, it is not recommended
that you register using this method. Next well
review the suggested method for registering.

- To register for a course
- Click Administer.
- Click Manage CourseRegistrations.

3. You may enter text in the Search field or
view all courses.

4. Locate the course and date you wish to
register for. 5. Select the radio button.

6. Click Select Students.
7. Enter the students first name, last name,
or user name in the search field.

right arrow button.

course are listed. Locate the student you are
registering.

- Using the Registration method just reviewed you
can - Register students for an Instructor Led Course
- Register yourself for an Instructor Led Course
- It is recommended that you use this method for
registering students. - To view the steps again, click here.
17Instructor Led CoursesReplace or Cancel a
Student from a Course
- There are no cancellation fees if you cancel 30
days or more prior to the start of class. 29 days
or less prior to the start of class, you will
forfeit the cost of the course. - If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the start
of class, you can cancel online. After that, you
must call the Education Coordinator. - If a student cannot attend a class that he/she is
registered for, you can replace that student with
another from your dealership at no cost.

- To replace or cancel a
- student
- Select Administer from the navigation menu.
- Select Manage Course Registrations from the left
navigation column. - Enter Search criteria to locate the desired
course. - Locate the desired course activity and select the
radio button.

- To replace or cancel a
- student
- Click Select Students.
- Click Finalize.
- To replace a student select the replace student
icon, then search for the student to replace the
one registered. - To cancel the student select the trash icon.
20E-Learning CoursesAbout E-Learning Courses
- E-learning courses can be taken from your
computer through Learngate LMS. - All E-Learning courses have fees.
- Benefits of E-Learning courses
- Students can take the E-Learning course when it
is convenient for them and at their own pace. - Provides knowledge that prepares the student for
the hands-on Instructor Led course environment.
- Students can go back and review E-Learning
courses that they have registered for as many
times as they wish.

- Click Search Courses.
- Select the E-Learning tab.
- Enter search criteria
- (the default is search by keyword)

4. Click the Info icon to read a description of
the course and the course objectives. 5. Click
the Register to Course With a Fee link.

correct, including the cost center/organization t
o be billed. 7. Enter your managers email. 8.
Click Register.

There are two types of E-Learning courses. At
this point, the course will either automatically
begin, or you will see this screen.

9. Highlight the course module. (If there is an
assessment attached to the course, you could also
begin the assessment from here.) 10. Click the
Start button. The E-Learning course will begin.
26Learngate LMSView Your Training Activity History
- You can view all your training activity history
through Learngate LMS, including - Instructor Led courses you have completed
- E-Learning courses you have registered for
- Assessments
- Certificates
- View training activity history by selecting the
My Activities button in the top navigation menu.

Select the Instructor Led tab. All of the
Instructor Led courses you have taken are listed
here.

Select the E-Learning tab. All of the E-Learning
courses you have registered for are listed here.

Select the Assessments tab. All assessments that
you have completed are listed here.

Select the Certificates tab. Click the page icon
in the Certificate column to download and print
your certificate.
31Generate a Report
- There are a number of reports in the LMS system.
These reports are used for follow-up and
statistics. - Currently, LMS can only be used to generate
reports based on future registrations. - For previous records please contact NAI.

while the system is in transition.

1. Click Administer. 2. Click Generate Report. 3.
Select the System Reports tab.

4. Enter search criteria for a specific report,
or click List all reports to view all.

5. Select the desired report.
6. Select the dates you wish the report to
cover. 7. Enter any additional criteria.

8. Select an output format from the drop-down
menu. Choose from HTML, PDF, XLS, or XML.
