• Dont show your upset or angry this will only
  make the bully feel stronger.
• Do stay away from the bully as much as possible.
• Dont fight back, you might get blamed.

What is Verbal Abuse?

• Verbal abuse is when someone tries to make you
  feel bad by saying something to put you down or
  threatening to hurt you.

Why do bullies bully ?

• They bullies do this because it makes them feel
  big.
• They could also bully if they have had the same
  experience.
• Some bullies bully people because they are
  jealous.
• They dont have any real friends, people only
  hang about with them because they are bigger and
  stronger than them.

How can you stop this ?

• You can stop this by telling a teacher or an
  adult. Dont be scared action will be taken and
  you will soon feel better again.
• Remember its not your fault.
