perform self care tasks threatening their safety
and health. - Sexual abuse Any kind of sexual contact with
consent.

harm with an intention to hurting the elders or
restraining from care. Some of the elder abuses

- Frequent infections
- Bed sores
- Mood Swings
- Dehydration
- Not taking food or medicines
6Elder abuse is often shrouded by shame and
mistrust and is left unnoticed. Seniors also
suffer from personality disorders and special
care should be given. Any minor changes in
