    counted as more than one full-time pupil

  • When a pupil has been absent,
    with or without excuse, for more than
    10 consecutive school days, the pupil
    may not be included in the
    enrollment count used in the
    calculation of the ANB unless the pupil
    resumes attendance prior to the day of the
    enrollment count.

  • A student may not be enrolled
    full-time in two schools
    or districts on the
    official count date.
  • The school where the student is attending on the
    official count date is the school that can claim
    the enrollment for ANB purposes, even if it has
    been fewer than 10 days since the student stopped
    attending the school where the student was
    previously enrolled.
