    DISABILITY WHO VIOLATES A CODE OF STUDENT CONDUCT
    FROM THEIR CURRENT PLACEMENT FOR NOT MORE THAN
    10 DAYS.

  • WITHIN 10 SCHOOL DAYS OF ANY DECISION TO CHANGE
    THE PLACEMENT OF A CHILD WITH A DISABILITY
    BECAUSE OF A VIOLATION OF A CODE OF STUDENT
    CONDUCT.

    CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, WHILE AT SCHOOL, ON SCHOOL
    PREMISES, OR AT A SCHOOL FUNCTION UNDER THE
    JURISDICTION OF THE LEA.

  • SCHOOL PERSONNEL CAN TAKE DISCIPLINARY ACTION IF
    A STUDENT CARRIES OR POSSESSES A WEAPON TO OR AT
    SCHOOL, ON SCHOOL PREMISES, OR TO A SCHOOL
    FUNCTION UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE LEA.

    A STUDENT HAS INFLICTED SERIOUS BODILY INJURY

    PREMISES, OR AT A SCHOOL FUNCTION UNDER THE
    JURISDICTION OF THE LEA.

    A BODILY MEMBER, ORGAN, OR MENTAL FACULTY.

    45 SCHOOL DAYS.
