  100,000 imprisonment for up to 5 years.
• Offenses committed with intent to sell, transfer
  or use for commercial advantage, personal gains
  or malicious harm fine of 250,000 and/or
  imprisonment for up to 10 years.
• Civil Law Suits for Violation penalty can be as
  high as 1.4 million.
