- Blue Rail(by Warner Building) viewed as
hindrance and had no purpose. - Removed to allow access to playground and
northern field. - Monitors on playground need for more monitors,
and/or develop student cadre - or peer mediators. Ms. Ojeda would assist in
forming cadre identifying current - students to begin training/mentoring sessions and
begin Bully Proofing Program - Tagging and gang activity in community and
school were making - Recommendation to get SRO and/or Officer Jack
Wixon (Julies Father), TUSDs - Safety Director Warren Allison (Lauries
cousin) to come and address our student body and
staff.

materials, supplies, and storage of these items.
Each teacher keeps a master inventory of items.

- Use of Warner Building suggest that be
converted to school - library. Wireless internet hook up currently
being investigated. - Also discussed, using space for art specialist to
conduct classes - and have section partitioned for that purpose and
safety of - personnel in Warner Building. A master key or
repair of doors - needs to be addressed and acted on.
- Parking issues safety of students was
discussed. Placement - of cones at entrance of main parking lot to help
divert traffic. - Suggested that a police officer be visible at
beginning of year - and intermittently throughout year. Crosswalk
use by students - isnt used properly. Beginning year assembly to
address issue. - Petition to City Council to make four way stop on
Treat and - 18th suggested.

- Designation of playground area for safety
reasons during lunch playground should have
Primary Area and Intermediate Area. South area
for K-3 grades and north area for 4th and 5th
grades. - Positive change during lunch has been noticed
in way students walk orderly in hall. Thanks to
Mr. Fishers efforts. Address/revisit this issue
at the beginning of year. - Appearance of school suggested adoption of an
area of school by each classroom or grade level.
Classes conducting bake sales responsible for
wrappers and trash clean up afterwards. - Classroom Security office manager should inform
of a teachers absence and need to lock door
immediately after school. For safety issues,
when possible, classroom key should be issued to
sub.
