• How were the Mobility Partnerships negotiated?
• How are the Mobility Partnerships being
  implemented?
• How are the Mobility Partnerships perceived in
  the partner countries?
• To what extent do the Mobility Partnerships
  contribute to the achievement of both migration
  and development-related goals?

  of competence and legal authority
