GvKs Glaive Design (3/03), the illustration is
for construction purposes, it looks MUCH more
sleek , e.g., the total blade at its thickest
part is about 2.5 thick use quarters and tape
on the pole ends first!

1.5, and 2)!

The first 3/8 edges must be cut at steep angle
so when bent around round core the tops will be
flat as in figure to help glue front/back pieces!
