  • The Quantity of the material required to complete
    the task.
  • An Estimated Cost of the material and labor
    required to complete the task.

    material and its attributes that will be used in
    the completion of the task.
  • Size or quantity of material required.

    QUALIFIED contractors as possible.
  • Compare your cost estimate to those received from
    your contractors.
  • Select best (not necessarily lowest) bid.
  • Ignore Low Ball bids.
  • Negotiate final cost with selected contractor.
