For Squadrons and Districts at or near the Great
Lakes..

• Download NOAA Charts of your area.
• Do Nautical Reports.
• Do Small Craft Facilities Reports.
• Do Range Line Surveys.
• Do Coast Pilot Reports.
• If everything is found OK, enter an Inspection
  Report instead and still receive credits for your
  efforts.
