    great benefits for large scale fluidic subsystem
    array. (Patent application)
  • Greatly reduces the control valves and control
    channels needed
  • Makes the cell array (with huge number of units)
    practical
  • Relatively slow speed maybe compensated using
    proper surface refresh method
  • Suitable surface refresh methods for fluidic
    matrix drive make it possible for the system
