Extra-Credit Instructions

• Instructions for STUDENTS
• Do not fill out the survey yourself
• Find another person to fill it out on your behalf
• No student
• Minimum age 21 years old
• No Texas Tech employees
• Someone reliable!! (no credit for sloppy
  responses)
• If you do this extra-credit assignment for
  different classes, you have to have different
  participants for each class
• Tell respondents the professor that this is for
• Instructions for Study PARTICIPANTS
• Make sure to know the name of the professor the
  extra credit is for
• Make sure to have 15 minutes where you are going
  to be undisturbed
• Take the survey in one uninterrupted session
• Take the survey only once!
• Note The information provided to you in the
  study is complete (there are actually different
  versions of the survey)
• Last day to take the survey is November 20.
