- S/D Complete info for NAES Convention to send to
Tampa by October 3rd - D - Compose invitation
- Check out the lighting at faculty party 9/5 to
see if it will be sufficient or if we need to
rent some spotlights! - S - Order pencils from Atlas black lettering on
neon - D - Give the date to aftercare (Brent) so its on
the calendar early - S/D - Plant the seed early at the next grade
level meeting to enlist the teachers and get
them enthusiastic - October Tasks
- Work on preparation of new stations
- Get bulletin board ideas together and line up the
artist! - Meet with parent volunteers, Nov and Dec will fly
by with the holidays and early pageant - Figure out timing of event and how many stations
we should have for each age group with the
introduction of tech into the night - November Tasks
- Begin advertisement in Sentinel week of Nov 10th.
In one or two of the Sentinels explain the
purpose of this family event. Mention conference
in Tampa. - Put up bulletin board by Joys office and/or
maybe by Mary Jones room, (include invitations
and RSVPs on the bulletin board?) - Keep working on stations
- December Tasks
- Lets be realistic, keep chugging along getting
closer to being prepared! - Collect materials for goodie bags
- January Tasks
- If the invitations are not already out send them
as soon as we return from winter break with
specific RSVP date. - Go over refreshment order with Sandi
- Have Marivi make arrangements for custodial help
- Reconfirm with Church office and aftercare
- Check on lighting week of Jan 20th in case any
repairs need to be done - Passport needs to be dummied up for printing
- Do we have faculty support?
- Volunteer list should be firmed up early in the
month - Print nametags as soon as RSVPs are complete
- Balloons, ribbon, entry to Great Hall (what will
it be this year Delia?) - Meet with student volunteers January 27th after
school - Make sure the microphones are working
- Get the plexi frames for the tables from SHA
- Its Showtime!!

A PROPOSAL FOR FAMILY MATH AND SCIENCE NIGHT
TO THE SCHOOL AND HOME ASSOCIATION Respectfully

Zepeda, Primary Science Teacher We are planning
an active, hands-on event for late Fall 2007 for
the children and families in Kindergarten through
Grade 3, FAMILY MATH AND SCIENCE NIGHT. This
will be an exciting evening with the Great Hall
set up like an interactive museum filled with
activities to be enjoyed by all of the children
and their parents. We will need funding beyond
our usual budgets to make this evening
successful. They are as follows
