BackGround(Old system)

• Roster prepared by supervisors manually.
• Part-time staff report duty by signing on the
  attendance sheet and no sign off procedure at
  all. Therefore, no check point for permanent
  supervisors to check those late arrivals.
• Each booth/center prepare its own roster. As a
  result, when it happens that one of the
  booths/centres has insufficient staff. No
  replacement immediately.
• Wages calculated manually. Again, inefficient and
  no check points, etc..

BackGround(New system)

• A system generating roster. Supervisors just have
  to input all staffs information to the system.
  System will generate staffs roster according to
  different staffs features.
• Computerize the part-time log in log out
  procedure. The system will calculate the
  part-times wages accurately.
• Part-time can check their roster and wages
  easily.
• Since part-time roster are generating by a
  system, those non-roster staff and call leave
  staff can be recorded which leads good
  supervision.
• When one of the booths/centres has inefficient
  staff. Supervisors may arrange a non-roster staff
  for replacement easily through the system, etc..

  web.
• Generate Roster
• Calculate Wages
• Database stores all staff data
• Support staff sign on off function
• Reflect on hand staff, staffs cost, attendance,
  etc.
