    administrative costs
  • Annual and total amount of federal funds
    requested, to be used only for customer rebates
    (Cannot exceed item 1)
  • Applications accepted until Oct. 6, 2009 for
    funds in Period 1, Period 2 or both. Period One,
    Nov. 1, 2009 to Dec. 31, 2010, federal
    allocations will be calculated first, then Period
    Two, Jan. 1, 2011 to Dec. 31, 2011, in keeping
    with the federal guidelines to spend the money as
    quickly as practical.
