Light-weight CMMI

• XP is proper for small teams or groups, not
  organizations.
• So, its easy to miss view point of whole
  organization.
• XP is focused on human like hero.
• Pair-Programming
• Rapid
• No documentation, Depend on human memory
• However sometimes, CMMI is heavy-weight.
• A CMMI compliant XP process can be constructed
  and we need it.
• So, we gain some light-weight CMMI Process.
