• Testsite was designed, created and connected to
  Internet (05.05.2000)
• Prospective content providers were identified and
  contacted (April-May 2000)
• Content for Governing bodies and Education
  sections was collected
• Meetings with ISP market leaders took place
• The preliminary marketing survey of existing
  Ukrainian Internet resources was conducted

• Draft description of NGO conception was prepared
• 2 GDG project presentations with interested
  stakeholders/future NGO members took place
• Initial group of NGO members was
  settled/Participation scheme is under development
  in consultation with Ministry of Economy
