Control Update

• Had another nice chat with Oscar
• Able to eliminate roll non-holonomically!
• But
• Method is still in proof of concept stage
• Damping constant is too low
• Takes long period of time
• Tends to rail one current
• Vector Align
• Now may align with initial roll
• Looking into using to help eliminate roll

Control Update

• Had a nice chat with Oscar
• Believes can ignore angular velocity
  determination and instead PID B-dot instead
• Were checking it out
• Also fixed another computational bug (integrating
  small values with large derivatives)

• System overview
• STK Mscript Coord-Trans

• Installing STK, got Lat/Long data before
• Have Matlab script outputting field
• Working on coordinate system transfer

• Magnetometer works!
• Have 2 more tasks Getting a PIC to output
  voltages and getting Simulink to I/O with a PIC
• Should be able to test prototype early next week
