PHP - HAVEN

• Health Assistance interVention Education Network
• Governor M. Jodi Rell signed bill on June 11, and
  law became effective June 12, 2007
• HAVEN has already enrolled participants with more
  being triaged next week
• Meetings with the DPH have been productive and
  the DPH has committed to referring cases to HAVEN
