- Chapter President must be a current SHRM member
in good standing for entire duration of term, and
this requirement must be stated in the bylaws - Minimum of 30 of the total chapter membership or
10 chapter members (whichever is greater) must be
current SHRM members - Chapter bylaws must not conflict with the intent
of the bylaws of SHRM - New affiliation requirements 25 SHRM members
and 100 affiliation (for NEW chapters only)

appropriate level of membership - 100 means ALL members must be SHRM membersno
