  • You are teaching a class of 3rd graders and one
    kid asks you a complicated science question in
    front of the whole class that you haven't the
    foggiest idea how to answer.
  • You do what
  • Talk about the question and try to figure out
    the answer in class even though you may not be
    able to finish.
  • Change the subject and come back to the question
    the next day after you have figured out the
    answer.
  • Discourage future questions that are too
    complicated for the kids to understand because
    you dont want them to feel stupid.
