1. Objectives of the project
The final purpose of this work is to raise the
citizens on the importance that the sustainable
use made of energy has, to bet on your
efficiency, and to promote the use of the
energetic renewable sources. We are working
doing an Energetic Diagnosis (WP4.1.) for a group
of 13 municipalities compromised with the
sustainability, which considere the civic
participation (WP4.2.). In this work, we will
advance the strategic lines of work of a future
Energetic Policy.

2. Methodology
The methodology of this study consist in the
integration of the quantitative information of
the municipalities implicated in the project and
qualitative ones this information is facilitated
by relevant experts in the energy area- using
Delphi method. We pretend to elaborate the
energy diagnosis with citizen interaction.

• The study area is conformed by 13 municipalities
  compromised with the sustainability of the
  province of Huelva that have analyzed their
  energy situation in Local Agenda 21 process.

• The four themes of analysis
• 1. Energetic efficiency of public services
• 2. Planning and edification
• 3. Sustainable mobility
• 4. Renewable energy

It is important that these work areas must be
coherent with the municipal situation because
they will guide the later tasks (quest and
analysis of data, design of questionnaires )

• It looks for the collaboration of technicians of
  the energy area or service, or those other with
  competitions in the same.

Energetic SWOT.

• SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning tool used
  to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses,
  Opportunities, and Threats involved in an
  activity, project or in a business venture.
• It identifies the internal and external factors
  that are favourable and unfavourable to achieving
  that objective.

• SWOT Analysis Information quantitative and

  its final approval.
• It is used like tool of debate at the
  participative process - discussion tables
  (WP4.2.).
