  • How do I get approval to sign up for a music
    course?
  • The music department holds auditions at the
    middle school. You can also contact Mr. Sandlin
    or Mr. McCarthy via email with any questions.
  • When/where do I turn in my Scheduling Form?
  • Scheduling Forms can be turned in tonight or
    within the next week to your students middle
    school counselor.
  • Can I make changes to the Scheduling Form after I
    submit it?
  • Changes to Scheduling Forms must be made before
    July 31, 2009 and require parent signature.
  • NOTE We do our best to accommodate course
    requests but we cannot guarantee that a course
    will be offered and/or will fit into a students
    schedule
  • Can I request a specific teacher for next year?
  • Requests for teachers must be submitted in
    writing to the main office before July 31,2009
    and must have parent signature. Teacher requests
    cannot be guaranteed.

  • What do I do if I have a concern with my schedule
    once the school year starts?
  • Students have the first 10 days only to drop/add
    a course with parent permission, provided the
    student meets all prerequisites and space is
    available in the class. Class change requests
    for a specific teacher or lunch period are not
    accepted during the drop/add period or during the
    regular school year.
  • What if a student is having difficulty in a
    particular course?
  • Students should seek extra help from their
    teachers before/after school, depending on the
    teachers availability.
  • Assistance is also available through our Homework
    Help Club after school.
  • Parents can email teachers from our faculty
    website to get periodic updates on students
    progress.
  • I want to play sports this Fall. What do I need
    to do?
  • Pick up a copy of the Athletic Information Sheet.
    It contains a listing of Fall sports and
    information regarding physicals, important dates,
    and contacts.
