Walkway is made from Diamond Plate with Rolled
Edge. Walkway was designed and built by TQM,
Inc. for Bunnell Hill Development and installed
at Neaton Auto Parts in Eaton, Ohio. The walkway
covered the wireways around the machine. The
walkway bolted together was 33 long and each
section was 8 long for maintenance use.
? SHOULDER BOLT- made from A-286 material, .0005
tolerance. Made from round stock and machined
into Hex Stock.

Drawbar was 2½Ø x 28 3/8 long threads on
each end and .0001 tolerance with 32 finish made
from Nikrome 321 HT material. Kone was 5½Ø x
12 13/16 long made of Nitralloy material. ID of
part had 1.882-1 diameter through a 10 degree
taper 4 deep. The outside of the part had 12
flats milled and ground on 6½ degree angle. 12
flats had to be held .0005 6½ degree angle held
.0002 in 12 13/16 length with 16 finish.

SPLIT RING and BULL RING Turned Split Ring from
14¼Ø x 3 thick. Burnout then split in 2 equal
pieces. Bull Ring was turned from 18½ OD x 13¼
ID x 3 thick.

True position gages designed and built by
TQM, Inc. for checking flywheels in a Production
Environment, tolerance .0002 -.0002. Designed
with hardened brushings and pins. Pins that
would slide in and out of holes to be able to
tell which hole is off location.

? OIL FLINGER- 2.966Ø .002-OD x .176 .001 thick
with 1.56727 .005-ID with .060 Grove Face. Had
16 finish and flat and perpendicular to ID within
.0002 OD was .0002 runout to ID.

Long pins are approximately 14 long. Tolerance
was .0002 -.0000.

Inconell Casting with ends turned and transition.
TQM, Inc. built tooling and manufactured 76
pieces holding roundness and centerline and
diameter to print dim.
? OD Grinding Center Arbor Nut and Sleeve Arbor
was 6Ø and 41¼ long. TQM, Inc. turned and
welded per sketch.

? Locating Pins made from A-2 material and ground
holding .001 dim.
? Center made from 4140 material turned complete
from 6 blank 15 long with 30 degree taper on
end.

? Large centers turned from 4140 material, 6½Ø.
5½ long 4 17/30Ø hole drilled through back side.
This was a rush job received at 500 PM and
delivered 800 AM the next morning.
? Material 4140, machined 6 x 14½ and drilled
holes through and on side. Counterbored holes
are 14 deep.

? 3 Positioning Gages designed and built by TQM,
Inc. These gages were designed to check four
different Manifolds with set blocks mounted on
gages for checking Indicator before checking
parts. These gages are being used in a
Production Environment.
? TQM, Inc. built tooling and formed hole down
.240 to .260. Material was .062 Inconell.

groves. Wood was machined and then glued and
clamped as assembly.
