School building
I Liceum Ogolnoksztalcace in Grudziadz is
situated in the centre of the town. It was built
of red bricks in 1878 but first it was used as
primary school. In 1951 it became a secondary
school, but the development of the school made it
necessary to add another building in 1974, now
it is called the New Extension.

Heating
Our school is supplied with heating energy which
is obtained from burning coal and biomass. This
energy is produced by OPEC (local heat-generating
plant) and then goes to our school through the
system of pipes.
