health or for fitness. Every adult should engage
in purposeful exercise for 30 minutes duration on
at least 3 days of the week. Physical fitness is
made up of the right balance between amount and
intensity of cardiovascular fitness, muscular
strength and endurance, flexibility training and
functional fitness.
