The Lead Practitioner Network

• KEY AIMS OF PROGRAMME (Started in 2003)
• To identify good practice in schools nationally
  in the
• area of equality and inclusion

• To share practice between schools by
• The publication of short web-based case studies
  and also longer more detailed web-based studies
• School based training either 1 day open forum
  or two day immersion model leading to the
  development of working partnerships between
  professionals
• The holding of dissemination of practice
  conferences and further dissemination through
  trust events at regional, national and
  international level

• To share successful practice
• To enable constructive, open and challenging
  dialogue
• To enable participants to take back to their
  schools ideas and strategies to improve and
  change practice
• To have an enjoyable and learning day
