• Follow the successful VSOP-1 operation system
• Confirm the difference between VSOP-1 and VSOP-2,
  and make modifications.
• Efforts to get the Ka-band tracking stations and
  Ground radio telescope are on going.

Difference between VSOP-1 and -2

• Orbit determination operation
• GPS/SLR(Ka doppler)
• SLR station support
• GPS data acquisition
• New I/Fs for VLBI experiments
• Giga-bit recorder(s), schedule format, log
• Phase referencing

Scientific Operation

• ASTRO-G project also plan to form international
  science committee, like VISC (VSOP International
  Science Council), called VISC-2
• It is expected that the matters of the science
  operation, like KSP, AO, etc .., will be
  discussed in VISC-2.
