Reporting Requirements

• Quarterly PSC-272 to HHS which can be completed
  online and a copy mailed to the Grants Management
  Branch.
• FF-20-10, Financial Status Report which must be
  sent to FEMA every six months from the start of
  the grant period (due March 29, 2004).
• Final FF 20-10, Financial Status Report is due
  within 90 days of the end of the grant period.

Reporting Requirements

• Performance Report (no required format) submit
  within 30 days after the end of each quarter.
  Reports are due January 30, April 30, July 30 and
  October 30.
• Final performance report is due within 90 days of
  the end of the grant period.

Closeout

• 60 days prior to the expiration of the
  performance period, the Assistance Officer will
