• Cultivation Event
• Use volunteers to secure a meeting with the top
  school officials (i.e. Superintendents
  Principals Curriculum Director)
• Conduct the Needs Assessment A Discussion Guide
  and Needs Assessment for Teachers

3. Program Development Stage

• Present the program designed based upon
  identified areas from the Needs Assessments
• Presented as a statement of service, service
  contract or funding proposal
• Set outcomes (goals and objectives)Program

4. Organizational Stage

• Memorandum of Understanding
• Complete Application for Participation
