The Project Aims

• To develop awareness of diversity in
  intercultural skills at the individual and
  organisational level
• To develop tools and tests to promote
  understanding of the organisational culture and
  intercultural competence and diversity
• To develop learning modules combining e
  learning and face to face learning
• To implement and test training modules in
  students, teachers, adults and workers
• To develop teachers capacity and ability to
  produce and use learning material on-line
