The reason for the large number of files is due
to the number of variables associated with the
pictogram signs. We have provided multiple file
types. This is to accommodate jurisdictions with
different abilities to edit or print Adobe or
PowerPoint files. We have also included the .jpg
files. So that the pictogram images can be added
to other printed material if needed. We have
also included border and no border. This is to
support those jurisdictions that are using a
different border color as a management tool in
POD operations. Finally, we chose to produce all
of the signs in a vertical and horizontal
orientation to allow for maximum flexibility in
mounting or hanging the sign. Please see the KDPH
guidance document for further recommendations on
mounting height and adding additional languages
to the signs.
