- A Planning Process to Improve Student Academic
Achievement.
2Why CLIP?
- Allows the system to receive funds under NCLB
- Integrates the requirements for planning across
all NCLB programs and the States Professional
Learning program - Eliminates the need for LEAs to submit separate
plans for individual programs - Encourages collaboration among departments within
the system - Focuses supplemental funds toward achievement of
a central set of goals
