Technology Self-Assessment

• WHY?
• One way to monitor your own technological
  proficiency--assessing level of knowledge/skill
  in a wide variety of technological arenas
• Teach to your areas of strength, and help
  colleagues learn
• If you want to become more proficient in a
  particular area, pinpoint training to those needs
• District/State-mandated requirement sites can
  lose grant funding if not at 80 compliance

  create a new account (I have a list of teachers
  who have previously taken the survey)
• I will demonstrate how to create a new account
• If you already have an account, but have
  forgotten your account number, you can click on
  Lookup Account and enter your name and email
  address to retrieve the information

• Survey takes 35-65 minutes to complete
• Can do it in increments (5-10 minutes at a
  time)-- just submit and it will save your
  answers
• Please complete NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 22NDthat
  is our next staff development day
• If you do not complete by that date, there will
  be prep period meetings in room 252, and Steve
  will be there to assist you with completion
