Why this project?

• Increased Neonatal Mortality -44/1000
• Target we want is 39/1000

Problem statement

• The current Neonatal mortality in our hospital is
  44 per thousand babies. If we could identify
  factors contributing to Neonatal mortality and
  rectify them, we could reach the desired state
  which will save 0.5 million dollars per month.
