10Do I use it or lose it?
- New rule for FSA Medical is
- You have until March 15, 2008 to incur expenses
and apply that to your 2007 account - Claims for all 2007 expenses must be
postmarked/faxed by March 31, 2008
11Do I need to submit claims for EZ REIMBURSE
MasterCard Expenses?
- In many cases yes!
- No - If you use a participating pharmacy or
medical provider and it is a known co-pay - See www.myfbmc.com if an item is in RED, submit a
claim!!
12How will I know if I have an outstanding debit
card transaction?
- FBMC sends monthly statements
- If there is anything in BLUE you have something
to do!! - If you need to submit a claim, it will be listed
on your monthly statement in blue!!
13What is the fastest way to get reimbursed for out
of pocket expenses?
- Fill out the Direct Deposit Form and fax it to
FMBC!! - Money will be direct deposited into your account
soon after the claim is processed!! - Form is on www.myfbmc.com
14How long does it take for a claim to be
processed?
- Up to 10 business days.
- Claims volume will determine if it actually takes
10 days, sometimes it will be less than 10.
15Changes to the EZ REIMBURSE MasterCard?
- IRS regulations dictate that a pharmacy must use
an approval system for a true pharmacy. This
means that grocer type pharmacies such as
WalMart, Kmart, Kroger, Target, etc. will have to
change their technology before your card will
work there.
16Which pharmacies will use the EZ REIMBURSE
MasterCard?
- As of October 1, 2006
- Bell Pharmacy, CVS Pharmacy, Eckerd, Hunters
Pharmacy, Leslie Drugs, Oak Grove Pharmacy, Rite
Aid, Sterling Drug Company Inc., Walgreens - This list will continue to expand watch

17I dont use the EZ REIMBURSE MasterCard where
do I get prescriptions?
- At the pharmacy of your choice!!
- Just remember to submit a paper claim using the
FSA Reimbursement Request Form - Direct Deposit will return your money to your
pocket faster!!
