Current Issues Major Goals

• Global road-map for 2004/2005 effort
• converge on calibration effort
• p17 certification
• test of p17.00.00 ? check of 20pb-1? final
  certification
• D0-notes for id-algorithms and certification
  results
• ( we know that we have something to do for the
  web-pages.)
• ? NIM-publication on Calorimeter Algorithms and
  Performances by next summer
• Current status
• appoint new id-group conveners
• establish detailed task-list in each group
• identify list of projects without manpower (L3,
  simulation)
• ? discussions and planning to be finalized with
  next 2 weeks

Organizational changes

• CALGO-meeting
• 1st part open for various contributions
• 2nd part organized alternatively by
  electron/photon-id or
• jet/met/eflow-conveners
• CAT-meetings
• bi-weekly (we are looking for a 1hour timeslot
  on Thursday-morning)
• alternating status reports from id and software
  activities
• presence of sub-group conveners and
  software-responsibles strongly encouraged
