Benefit for a Civil Servant
  • Civil servant does not have to verify and store a
    load of paper submitted by the applicant
  • Civil servant does not have to insert the data
    from the form to the information system
  • Civil servant does not have to undertake manual
    requests to each register or information system
  • Civil servant has the right to accept the request
    of an applicant on the spot without papers just
    keying in the ID number of the applicant
  • There is no requirement of paper forms in
    legislation any more

    data that are already stored somewhere by the
