• Reading We will be reading Two Lands, One
  Heart We will be focusing on recognizing
  comparison and contrast patterns in a nonfiction
  text.. There will be a story test on Friday Dec.
  11th.
• Spelling
• Spelling list will be abbreviations. There will
  be a test on Friday Dec. 11th.
• Language
• Working on a variety of writings like different
  types of poetry , Christmas writings, and
  Explaining a Process. Our grammar lesson will be
  identifying and forming abbreviations.
• Social Studies
• We will continue working on Chapter 3 Colonial
  Maryland. Please check planners for the exact
  test date. Students need to read over the
  chapter and study the vocabulary words in the
  text.
• Science
• We will be working on Chapter 4 Understanding
  Ecosystems.
• Second Step Unit II, Impulse Control and
  Problem Solving
• Lesson 5 Making Conversation.
• Reading Vocabulary
