FDTP 1.3 XML schemata and Web Services

XML schemata now available

• FDTP 1.3 XML schemata
• MDTP XML schemata
• Some parts common, together 20 XML schemata
• Some EuroFIR datatypes to match TA
• decimal-as-string (may be empty xsddecimal can
  not)
• string255-no-empty for required thesauri not
  checked against thesauri
• String255 for optional thesauri
• date-as-string (Allowed 'Before CCYY',
  'CCYY','CCYY-CCYY' or ''CCYY-MM-DD)
• Also some xsddate full date
• string-language (xx XX xmllang not used)
• Documentation available PDF, HTML
• Specification examples are not all correct read
  schemata!
• FDTP 1.4 will have new XML schemata

XML schema validation

• Only limited power
• Many fields optional
• Many fields depend on the content of other fields
  not possible to check
• TA and FDTP have many rules over the XML schema
  validation
• Implementation can not only lean on XML schema
  or validation
• Semantical validation needed
• Rules between the lines in the TA
• Clear and documented checking algorithms needed
  for programing
• Not in this project
