3Training School Outreach Funding
- 1. Diploma Champions for the City of York
- We envisage that a Diploma Champion would both be
a passionate advocate for the qualification and
an expert in delivering applied learning
qualifications and, in particular, the Diploma
for learners. The Champions will liaise with all
relevant learning providers (schools, colleges
and training providers), and sector specific
employers, Higher York (the local consortium of
Higher Education Institutions) and Connexions, as
well as Diploma consortia in other areas.

28PLC Delivery Plan
- A typical four-session cycle will span two half
terms, approximately sixteen weeks - Session One (week 1) contextual theory around
the chosen area of learning and teaching - Session Two (week 3) individual action planning
- Session Three (week 9) mid-cycle monitoring, and
show and tell session - Session Four (week 15) evaluation session.
