• Notes
• Radiopharmaceutical 201-Tl
• Dipyridamole was infused increase in pulse rate
  from 76 bpm to 90 bpm and mil drop in systolic BP
  from 150 mmHg to 140 mmHg. The patient
  experienced atypical lower chest and epigastric
  pain from 6 minutes without significant ECG
  changes.
• Images were obtained immediately post stress and
  again at 4 hours rest.

• Radiopharmaceutical - 99mTc Sestamibi
• Clinical - lateral chest pain relieved by GTN.
  Past history of an infarct.
• Procedure - Dipyridamole was infused according to
  protocol. The patient got some mild central
  discomfort. There were no ECG changes.
