CONTINUING COMPETENCE

• For ALL competent persons
• Based on fixed 2yr period
• Spec of additional knowledge and tests agreed by
  all parties before start of period appropriate to
  each tier of competence
• Individuals free to chose ANY learning method to
  acquire required knowledge
• Assessments -could be web-based subject to
  confirmation of identity / written or oral
• Assessments matched to appropriate tier of
  competence
