• Close the high school graduation gap by raising
  African American and Hispanic graduation rates
  from 55 to 80 (for grantees in this decade,
  nationally in the next)

• Reinvent U.S. High Schools and Increase Access to
  Higher Education
• Demonstrate improved high school results by
  sponsoring small, personalized learning
  communities through redesign of existing schools
  and development of new schools
• Advocate for college ready policies and
  need-based financial aid
