reports is required in order to certify. The
review is tracked with red and green icons.
Supporting reports are available for different
views of the data.

A Snapshot can be decertified as long as the Data
Certification/Amendment Window is still open. The
process to decertify begins on the Certification
Status screen. Note the Certification Status is
Snapshot Certified Level 2.

Overview
FALL 1 aggregate Certification Reports and their
Supporting Reports are available from both the
ODS and the State Reporting Snapshot DB

• If run from the ODS, reports display data
  representing current SSID enrollment information
• If run from the State Reporting Snapshot DB,
  reports display certification data

Key Points

• Almost all of the FALL 1 Reports can display data
  from either the ODS or the Snapshot database. The
  ODS data is current SSID enrollment data the
  Snapshot data is certification data
• Data to be certified can be viewed in the ODS
  long before the certification process begins
• All reports are extractable in a number of
  formats for local analysis
• Two levels of certification are required
• Data can continue to be corrected as long as the
  Snapshot Window is open
• Data can be decertified, if needed, as long as
  the Snapshot Window is open
• Certification can occur during a Snapshot Window
  as soon as the data is correct
